Frostreaver Baking Guide: Old World Recipes

This guide is organised around the baking recipes that are useful on Frostreaver. It is not intended as a historical catalogue of every recipe ever recorded by EQ Traders.

The recipes are divided into finished food with meaningful stat or resistance effects, the intermediate combines required to produce that food, and other useful baking recipes.

Egg variants: Where multiple recipes produce the same finished item and differ only in the specific egg used, this guide consolidates them into a single recipe and lists the ingredient simply as Egg. The trivial range is retained where the source shows different values for different egg variants.
